Sagesse 2014 puts out a luscious, dark fruit nose with touches of minerals and vanilla. Its bright acidity in the body becomes  juicy and savory with a hint of burnt caramel and a touch touch of coffee, both appearing with time. With the air, a lemon peel texture comes in to the back of the wine as well. The finish lets the acids linger nicely.
