Bodega Trosset – Porrera – Priorat

This is the brand of a personal venture run by enolog Dic Duran, ( currently working for the Cims de Porrera winery since its foundation ) and his brother Eduard, who owns a small vineyard on the hills of Coma d’en Romeu. The first vintage of Trosset came in 2000, with only a few hundreds of bottles produced, but nowadays the average yearly production is set to 1,500 units.

In order to bring out the best of his wine, several experiments such as cromotherapy are being developed during the ageing stages. This complements the benefits of organic and biodynamic processes applied to the farming of the vines and gives the final product a very appreciated complexity.

Trosset DOQ Priorat wines
