Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

The customer is always is his right to return the goods.

All refunds will be paid by Vinum Priorat in the following cases:

1. The client receives the broken goods
2. Customer receives a different product to which requested and confirmed.
3. The Customer has received the goods in poor condition.

In all cases affected by the above (1,2,3), the customer must return the product to provide and manage Vinum Priorat return by Vinum Priorat.

In case the customer decides to return the goods voluntarily without being affected by the above (1,2,3) , the customer has to communicate the retourn to Vinum no later than 5 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
In this case Vinum Priorat provide the Customer return management and Customer shall bear the cost of transportation for the return. Vinum Priorat,once receive the product, we will proceed to immediate payment to the Customer, always in case the goods are under its integrity.

If the Customer wish, he may return the goods for their own resources to this address:

Deadlines Return

In cases where the customer receives the product that looks damaged or  deteriorated, Customer must not accept the product, and must contact us immediately in order to return the goods. On this case Vinum Priorat will manage and asume the cost of the return. When the product will arrive to Vinum Priorat, Vinum Priorat will refund the value of the product to the Customer.

In case the customer decides to return the goods voluntarily without being affected by the above (1,2,3) should contact Vinum Priorat no later than 5 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods. In this case Vinum Priorat provide to the Customer the return management and Customer shall bear the cost of transportation for the return. Vinum Priorat once receive the product, will proceed to the payment of the product to the Customer, as long as the product maintains its integrity.

Refunds

Once received the product in Vinum Priorat, after validating the points 1,2 and 3 Vinum Priorat will proceed to the payment of the product to the Customer.

If proven that the reasons 1, 2 and 3 are not relevant, the Customer will asume the cost of return. The product always will be paid to the Customer when he notify no later than 5 calendar days from receipt of the product, and the state of the product are the correct.

The Client has the right to return the product once received by a reason beyond the identification, quality or state of the same, and in these cases the transport retourn cost will be asumed by the Customer. Upon receipt of the returned product, Vinum Priorat validate the correct state of it and will proceed to refund the value of the product to the Customer.
